THE INTERRUPTIONS WE HELP YOU ADDRESS

Limited time.
Technology still needs attention.

A staff change leaves accounts behind.

We help establish a repeatable joiner-and-leaver process, identify account owners and review permissions for staff and volunteers.

Donor information ends up in too many places.

We review how files are stored and shared, then plan account protection, access boundaries and backup for the systems in scope.

IT spending is hard to explain to the board.

A device inventory, defined monthly coverage and a replacement plan help separate routine care from projects and future purchases.

CURATED FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Support the mission with dependable everyday IT.

Staff computers & shared workstations

Keep enrolled devices maintained and provide a clear route for routine remote troubleshooting. Shared computers are priced as computers, not as every person who uses them.

START WITH A CLEAR SCOPE

Choose care by computer.
Add the systems you need.

Choose a defined level of computer care first, then add the network, backup and communications services your organization actually uses.

Each shared or secondary computer counts once. Server care starts at $175/server/month and network care at $150/location/month. Support hours and included work follow your chosen plan.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO ONGOING CARE

A manageable transition for a busy team.

  1. Start with people and programs

Understand staff roles, volunteer access and the work your technology supports.

  2. Separate essentials from later projects

Prioritize reliable devices, access protection and recoverable data within your budget.

  3. Make responsibilities clear

Agree who approves purchases, how support is requested and what gets reviewed regularly.

MAKE YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION USEFUL

Bring the basics.
We’ll help shape the plan.

Share a little about your environment so we can prepare a relevant proposal. Please do not send passwords, donor records or other sensitive files through a general inquiry.

Helpful details to have ready

  • Staff computers and shared or volunteer workstations
  • Current subscriptions and any nonprofit licensing already approved
  • Donor, accounting and program-data systems

We confirm the scope and billing before any service starts.

NONPROFIT IT · QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Know what comes
with your support.

Do you offer nonprofit software discounts?

VFIX can help review the subscriptions you already hold and plan around any nonprofit licenses your organization is eligible to obtain. Eligibility, approval and discounts are set by each software provider. A discount or grant is not assumed in the prices on this page.

Can volunteers use shared computers?

Yes, a shared covered computer counts once for IT care. We can help plan supported individual accounts and appropriate access. User-based software and training licenses still follow the people who need them.

Can you protect donor and program information?

We help with the agreed endpoint, access, backup and security-awareness measures. We first identify where the information lives and which platforms are involved. Data-handling obligations, application settings and any specialist requirements are reviewed as part of scope.

Can you support remote staff and part-time teams?

Yes, enrolled computers can receive remote support where connectivity and supported software permit. Service days, support hours, permissions and the included work are set out in your agreement.

Can we start small and add services later?

Yes. The five-computer example is illustrative, not a five-computer purchase minimum. We can quote your actual devices and add servers, networks, backup or communications as the organization needs them.

What work is charged separately?

Software subscriptions, equipment, backup capacity, employee training, major projects and on-site work are separate unless expressly included in your proposal. Standard scheduled managed-client visits are $129.99/hour with a one-hour minimum; additional visit charges are agreed before dispatch.
