Are standard apps included with a Connect plan?
Yes. Standard desktop, web, and mobile clients are included with the underlying UCaaS user license. Optional premium mobile clients may carry an additional charge.
Which app should I download?
Use the app assigned to your account. Visit Apps & downloads or contact VFIX before replacing an existing app, especially if your service uses MaX UC.
Can I use my business number on a mobile phone?
Supported mobile clients let you place and receive business calls using your assigned service. A suitable data connection and account setup are required.
Can I continue using a desk phone?
Yes, where the desk phone is supported and provisioned for your account. We can review how your apps and desk phone should work together.
