What does managed IT monitoring cover?
Coverage can include desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment. Your plan identifies the systems we monitor and the maintenance tasks included.
Does 24/7 monitoring mean 24/7 help desk support?
Monitoring runs continuously and generates alerts. Human support and alert review take place within your agreed support window. Any after-hours help or emergency escalation must be expressly arranged in your agreement; monitoring does not automatically include a staffed 24/7 help desk.
Will software updates interrupt our work?
We plan maintenance windows around your business. Some updates need a restart or scheduled downtime; we account for that during planning.
Can monitoring prevent every outage?
No service can eliminate every interruption. Monitoring and maintenance help identify developing problems and reduce avoidable issues.
