How many participants are included with a phone seat?
The standard UCaaS seat catalog lists web and audio conferencing for up to 25 participants. Expanded video meeting and event requirements are reviewed separately.
Are larger webinars included in every phone plan?
No. Larger meetings, webinar tools, recording, and streaming depend on the meeting service provisioned. We confirm capacity and feature availability in your proposal.

Do participants need to install software?
