How we support your business.
Server backup
VFIX Cloud Server Recovery includes software and 1 TB of storage for one supported Windows or Linux server at $39.99/month. Add supported SQL Server, MongoDB or Exchange connectors for $4.99 per application type/server/month. NAS and host-level VM plans have their own published rates; setup and recovery labor are separate.
Microsoft 365 backup
Microsoft 365 backup starts at $4.99 per protected account/month with 100 GB per paid seat and a five-seat minimum. Covers supported email, OneDrive, SharePoint content and Teams files. Requires your own backup worker, or separately quoted VFIX hosting.
Restore planning
Premium computer plans include backup-status review during support hours and a quarterly restore test of agreed sample files. Your proposal defines protected data, backup software, storage, retention, backup schedules and recovery assistance; full-system recovery is separately scoped.

Is cloud storage the same as backup?
No. A storage or file-sync service does not automatically provide the retention and recovery process your business needs. A backup plan defines protected data, scheduling, retention, and restoration.
How much backup storage do we need?
VFIX Cloud includes 250 GB with Computer Files, 500 GB with Computer Recovery, or 1 TB with Server Recovery. Allowances can be pooled within your organization; retained versions count toward capacity. Extra storage is $14.99/TB/month. Premium computer care already covers the agreed oversight and sample-restore checks, so the same work is not charged twice.
How quickly can we restore our systems?
Recovery depends on data volume, connectivity, equipment, and the selected service. We agree on recovery priorities and objectives instead of promising one recovery time for every environment.
