What is VFIX PhishGuard?
PhishGuard combines phishing simulations, security awareness training and human-risk reporting in a VFIX-branded platform. Run it with your own administrator, or add paid VFIX management for an agreed campaign schedule and regular reviews.
Is pricing per employee or per computer?
PhishGuard is priced per participating employee, using one enrolled work email address per employee. A person using several computers normally needs one training seat. Additional separately enrolled addresses and shared mailboxes are scoped in your quote. Managed IT computer plans remain separate.
What is the difference between self-service and VFIX management?
Self-service includes platform access; your administrator configures the service, selects content, schedules campaigns and acts on the results. Paid VFIX management adds one email simulation and one assigned learning module per month, targeted follow-up rules, reminders, a monthly results summary and a quarterly review. The management fee is separate and available only with an active paid PhishGuard subscription.
How do employee minimums and volume discounts work?
The standard plan has a 10-employee billing minimum. Smaller teams can join and pay for 10 seats. The first 25 billed seats use the standard rate; seats 26–100 and 101–250 use the lower rates shown in the volume pricing blocks. Discounts apply only to seats in each band, so adding an employee never reduces the total bill. Teams above 250 employees receive a custom quote.
How are monthly and annual subscriptions billed?
Monthly service is paid in advance one month at a time. Annual pricing is a monthly equivalent for a 12-month subscription paid upfront. Self-service setup has no VFIX onboarding fee. Adding VFIX management includes a separate $149 standard onboarding charge. Your proposal confirms the initial seat count, effective date, seat changes, renewal terms and any taxes or additional services before you subscribe.
Do you support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Supported directory integrations can synchronize employees, and reporting add-ins are available for Outlook and Gmail. Setup requires suitable administrative access and compatible configurations. Your administrator checks delivery and runs a test before launch; VFIX handles those checks when you select managed onboarding.
What does managed onboarding cover?
The $149 managed onboarding service covers one organization and one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directory: participant setup, delivery checks, a reporting-add-in deployment review, the baseline campaign and the training schedule. Multiple directories, migrations, custom integrations or complex delivery changes are quoted separately.
Does this replace email protection or guarantee compliance?
PhishGuard complements email filtering, MFA, endpoint protection and your incident-response process. Training records can support audit preparation, but the service does not guarantee prevention of attacks, an audit result or insurance eligibility. Always follow your normal escalation process for a suspected real incident.
Which advanced features are available?
Employee breach monitoring is included in platform access. AI-assisted campaigns, reported-email analysis, sandbox investigations, voice exercises and integration projects can be scoped as advanced options. Administrative permissions, configuration and usage limits apply. Voice exercises require organization authorization and participant consent. Specialist delivery and incident-response work are quoted separately.
