Does the Teams connector include Microsoft licenses?
No. The catalog requires a Microsoft Phone System / Teams Phone license for each calling user. Microsoft subscriptions and licenses are separate.
Does the connector replace the VFIX phone seat?
No. The connector works with the underlying VFIX UCaaS service. Your proposal includes the required phone seat and selected connectors.
Can we add texting within Teams?
A separate messaging connector enables SMS and MMS within the Teams client. Number eligibility, registration, and usage terms still apply.
Can you review our current Microsoft setup?
Yes. We will review your existing licenses, users, and calling requirements before defining the deployment.
